Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, clearance items marked as final sale, and products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Change of Mind:

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, SharkNew will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue for faster assistance.

4. Refunds
